For founders, we offer a clearly structured path: from the initial pitch submission through a thorough review of market, team and business model to the decision, contract structuring and active partnership – fast, direct and without lengthy layers of approval.
For investors, we open up two paths of participation: as a direct investment in a selected portfolio company or as a co-investment together with us and further partners, with due diligence and oversight remaining in our hands.

Direct investments
You invest directly in a selected company from our portfolio. We prepare the documentation, structure the investment and support ongoing reporting.
Co-investments
You invest together with us and other partners. Risk and effort are shared, while due diligence and oversight remain in our hands.
